1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Proofly and its plugins (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Proofly is operated by Proofly Technology, a sole establishment registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), license number 1616710, Dubai, UAE.

2. Description of Service

Proofly provides native plugins and tools for Framer (the "Service"). The current list of plugins is published at proofly.ae/products. Features vary by plugin and plan.

Credentials: Where a plugin gates content behind credentials, those credentials are stored only as salted hashes, never in plaintext, and are never sent to the visitor's browser. Protected content is served only after a successful authentication.

Data you collect: Where a plugin lets you collect data from your site visitors, you are the controller of that data and Proofly acts as your processor. Such data is stored on our EU infrastructure with access controls so that only your account can read it. You can export or delete it from your dashboard at any time, and deleted data is removed within 30 days.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require payment. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We offer monthly and yearly subscriptions, which renew automatically for the same period unless you cancel, and one-time or lifetime purchases, which are billed once and do not renew. Several plugins also offer a free tier that does not require payment.

Free trials: Where a plan offers a free trial, we tell you the trial length and whether it converts to a paid subscription before you start it. You can cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Free tiers are not trials and do not convert to paid plans.

Refunds: Some plugins are offered with a money-back guarantee. Where one applies, the terms and time window are disclosed at the point of purchase. Other paid plans are cancel-anytime: you keep access until the end of your billing period. Free tiers remain free.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Proofly and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Proofly be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Proofly makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Proofly is operated by Proofly Technology, a sole establishment registered with the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), license number 1616710. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai, UAE. We will always try to resolve concerns informally first, so please contact us before taking any formal action.
